Sharing transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
During busy periods, the Jumeirah guest queue will be closed off 45 minutes prior to the park’s closing time.
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the time
No outside food, beverages, or alcohol is allowed into Wild Wadi Water Park.
The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
Sharing transfers can be arranged from a centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
Additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
Timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.
The meal Add-on includes a hot dog/burger with a soft drink/ water bottle.

Cancellation Policy

In case Tours or Tickets are canceled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy

Children below 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of charge.
Children above 3 years and below 1.1 meters in height will be charged as children’s price.
Individuals above 1.1 meters in height will be considered adults and charged at an adult rate.
