There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available at extra charges at the venue itself.
The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.

Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.

Cancellation Policy

For all Cancellations made 6 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If Cancellation is made within 6 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Important: If you have already used the tickets at the venue, cancellation will not be possible. Once the tickets are used, they become non-refundable.
Child Policy

Children aged 2 and under may enter the Yas Island Theme Parks for free and do not require an admission ticket or reserved space.
Individuals aged 3 and above must hold a valid, paid admission ticket to gain entry.
