- Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Tours & Activities
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
No-shows will be charged the full amount, and no refund will be issued.
For Visa & Travel Packages
Cancellation fees vary based on the package and airline/hotel policies.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any non-refundable charges and service fees.
- Modification & Rescheduling
Tour dates can be modified at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Changes to visa applications or travel packages are subject to supplier terms and conditions.
- Refund Processing Time
