Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina, and other nearby locations).
On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain closed for visits. In such cases we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
Summer clothing is generally suitable for most of the year in the UAE, but sweaters and jackets may be needed during the winter season, especially in the evenings.
Please do not carry heavy luggage during this activity.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
