Canal Cruise – Booking Policy

Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time
The pick-up will be arranged from your Dubai hotel/residence only and not from the Airport.
Child should be accompanied by an Adult throughout the canal cruise visit.
During dry days, canal cruise entertainment will be closed and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines
If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed.
Free parking is available at the Dubai Festival City Mall

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 10 will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
