Please carry a valid ID/ Passport along with you during the visit
The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
Lost, damaged, or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner.
A limited number of 54 visitors at the same time is allowed in the museum. Up to 5 members of a single group will be allowed to enter.
Please go to the cash register one by one and follow the instructions of our team.
Large bags and backpacks should not be brought in.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services at MEV Tours Dubai.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children between the ages of 4 to 15 will be considered as children and charged an adult rate.
Children aged 15 and above will be considered as adult and charged an adult rate.
