Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Animals or pets, Toys, and sharp tools are not allowed at the Dubai Frame.
Food and beverages will not be permitted at the Dubai Frame.
Please wear respectful attire.
Please avoid touching Items displayed in exhibitions.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of three and people of determination with 2 companions will have free access to the Dubai Frame.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 10 will be considered as adult and charged an adult rate.
