Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer Aya Universe services.
The 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM time slots are designated as sunset slots. Bookings for these slots must be for a minimum of 2 hours.
This tour is on without transfer, the best and cheapest way to reach is through public transportation (Taxis, Metro, etc.).
CANCELLATION POLICY
For all Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adults and charged an adult rate.
