The pick-up will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
The average waiting time at the venue is 15 min (to prepare the food), it might be longer on busy days.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
Please dress according to the weather.
Pregnant women are not allowed to experience Flying Cup.
Food brought from outside is not allowed at Flying cup.

Flying Cup may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 4 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age of 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged an adult rate.
Children above age 12 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
