Booking Policy
Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
Please arrive at the venue 30 to 60 Mins before the selected time slot.
Please do not bring food and beverages from outside Burj Khalifa.
The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.
Important Update: Please note that the 124th, 125th, 148th, and 152nd levels of the Burj Khalifa will be operational from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM on December 31, 2024.
Cancellation Policy
For all Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
If Cancellation is made within 72 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 8 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
