Valid ID/Passport and Emirates ID are mandatory to be carried during this activity.

The minimum weight required for this tour activity is 50 KG & the Maximum weight required for this tour activity is 150 KG.
If the combined weight of participants in a dubai parasailing activity exceeds 180kg (400 Pounds), the participants must be required to do separate parasail flights, and there will be an additional charge of 100Aed for each individual flight.
The Pick up will be arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
Kids are allowed for this activity if they are below 18 years & above 10 years but they need to be accompanied by their Parents or an Adult.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Children above 6 will be consider as adult and adult rate will be applicable.
