Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and other nearby locations)
• If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you.
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
• On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted during this period.
• Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.
• Ensure that you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 10 will be considered as adult and charged an adult rate.
