Without Transportation

A passport / Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried during this trip.
The age limit for this activity is 12 years and above.
Carry your own costumes & towels.
A minimum of 2 persons are required for this activity.
Children under 12 years will not be allowed for this activity due to safety reasons.
Participants should be able to swim or tread water.
Transfers to the activity location are NOT included.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 12 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 12 to 17 years will be considered as children but charged an adult rate.
Children above age 17 will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
