Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.
Special Note: Al Ain National Heritage, Al Ain Fort, and Archaeological Park will be closed on Mondays and Fridays.
Cancellation Policy
For all Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If Cancellation is made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 10 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
