If your location is far from the standard SIC pick-up points, our operations team will coordinate with you and suggest a suitable meeting point to ensure a smooth experience.
Transfers (if selected) will be arranged as per your booking details.

No refunds will be provided for partly utilized services, and heavy luggage is not allowed during the tour for safety reasons.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 10 will be considered as adult and charged an adult rate.
