Tickets are valid for 2 hours only for the purchased timed session. Please arrive on time to maximize your visit.
Late arrivals may miss out on the full 2-hour experience.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
Children must be accompanied by an adult, and adults must be with a child to enter.
The Toddler’s Gallery is designed for kids aged 23 months and below, offering a safe environment. You can purchase toddler tickets directly at Oli Oli.
Shoe-free zones; socks available for purchase. Bring a change of clothes for water activities.
Elevator and wheelchair-accessible facilities provided. Baby changing stations and nursing rooms are available.
Animals are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy
• Infants (0-11 months): Infants enter free of charge. Accompanying adults must purchase an adult ticket.
• Children (2-16 years): Children are eligible for one complimentary adult entry per Child ticket. Extra accompanying adult should purchase an adult ticket.
• Height Requirement for Toshi’s Nets: Children must be a minimum height of 0.90m and a maximum height of 1.5m to enter Toshi’s Nets.
• Toddlers (12-23 months): Toddlers tickets can be bought at the venue directly.
