Life Jacket is mandatory for all once aboard.
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed on board.
Soft drinks and Refreshments will be served onboard.
Guest can enjoy their own food brought from outside.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.
The 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM time slots are designated as sunset slots. Bookings for these slots must be for a minimum of 2 hours.
This tour is on without transfer, the best and cheapest way to reach is through public transportation (Taxis, Metro, etc.).

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
