Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Dubai Glow Garden.
Animals or pets are not allowed inside the Dubai Garden Glow.
Respectful attire must be worn at all times.
Please use proper passages, walkways, and exits allocated for such use.
Outside Food, Drinks, and Smoking are not permitted.
Last entry 1 Hr prior to the closing time.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years & below 1.2 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children above age 3 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
