A person under 14 may participate if accompanied by an adult or at least 110 cm tall.
A person must be with a maximum weight of 150 kg of weight to enjoy the Dinner in The Sky.
A person under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited during the Dinner in the Sky experience.
Once the platform has already been lifted, the organizer will not lower the platform for you if you request to change your attire, shoes, etc.

In case Tours or Tickets are canceled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy

Children below 5 years will be considered as Infants and Infants are not allowed.
Children Above 5 years, 1.10 meters in height will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
Children age 14 years above will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.

For the VIP package, VIP guests can check in at the lounge while they enjoy complimentary soft beverages before boarding.
People with reduced mobility using a wheelchair will be able to access the lower deck only with no access to bathrooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy
